How do you do the cumbia and how do you 'walk it out'?

I live in Texas so at parties there's always someone that brings a cumbia mix cd, I see people do it and I'll practice the only problem is I can't learn it! I looked it up on the internet but all I could find was the traditional salsa version and not the kind Mexican DJs always play. I love cumbia cause it makes you want to dance but when you get up you realize you don't know how! Also my school's Valentines Dance is coming up and I already know they are going to play 'walk it out' by DJ UNK so I wanna know how to do that too.

You should go to Youtube and type in "walk it out". So many people broadcast themselves doing this.

Haha, I wish I knew too cause I have to agree with you!! Whenever you hear cumbia you just wanna get up and dance around. It's in my blood. Sorry if I didn't help much, unless I tell you to just have fun and dance whatever feels right. I do that, but when I'm alone. . .
