I dont think so.

It makes whatever you are arguing look weaker.

It is a well known fact that when a person feels inferior they resort to insults. In the case of the politicians, (the Libs have it cornered), it is not acceptable. It teaches our youth to be jerks. Not to be intellectual in there arguments. It teaches a "cave man" approach. And it makes the US look like stupid and petty. I think that each time a politician resorts to this manner of attack they should be fined for it. It is like watching a kids baseball game where the parents are fist fighting. The immaturity of it all is really disheartening at best.

I find when I have to debate repugs in lieu of physical assaults, verbal insults and assaults are necessities.

It's just how the lay of the land is - I don't have a problem with it. Nor do I expect to treat politics the way foppish gentlemen do.

No you (Put your favorite insult here) just kidding. Those who use only their emotions and no facts sometimes have to use word calling.

I wish you could get hate-radio hosts Limbaugh and Levin to answer that question.
