Yes. I live near to the woods and I put peanuts for the squirrels.
They like to hang out in my garden.

No and please don't. Do not disrupt the course of nature. Feed your pet but not wildlife. MAN is generally always the cause of most problems. When we swim into the ocean and get bitten by a shark, we don't think of ourselves having intrude into their space but generally blame the shark for not being able to tell between a man and a seal. Feeding monkeys have resulted in monkeys attacking humans or invading house looking for easy food instead of hunting for fruits on the trees. I do hope all readers refrain and remind others whom you might see committing this act. Respect nature and the course of nature.

yes. I always save the ends of my loaves of bread for the squirrles and birds and we had some stray kittens and their mother and some other wayward cats living in our garage that we felt so badly for that myself and my downstairs neighbor would regularly feed and water and even gave them a warm box to sleep in with comforters and blankets to protect them from the cold.
Unfortunatly now our garage has a distinct cat piss smell to it now......oh well. We did a good thing.

no, used to have a neighbor that would but then the squirrels were jumping on the window screens and the skunks would come and leave their "fragrance", don't get me started on the bears so . . . like i said NO!
