I used to have this same problem. I'm sorry to say, but this could be very hard to fix; however it could also be easy to fix.

First, you should make sure that you have a new and up-to-date virus protection software set for your computer. Next, I would reccomend that you download the program whatsrunning from www.whatsrunning.com or www.whatsrunning.net, i can't remember which one it is. This program will show you exactly what kinds of programs are running on your computer. If you don't have adequate virus protection, you might have some trojan or spyware on your computer that is running in the background constantly. If this is the issue, your computer would also be significantly slower. If you have noticed any speed issues with the computer this is probably the reason.

If you are computer saavy, you will probably understand all of what I am talking about. If not, I will try to explain another method to fix this problem.

1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the task manager. Go under the process tab.
2. Next, open the web page at this link: www.processlibrary.com
3. Type in the process names from the task manager in the website. If you find any that seem to be malicious software, you should delete them; however, be cautious because deleting system processes can be bad for your computer.
