If you noticed the "I Love Lucy" show always had separate beds. They where not allowed to say the word Pregnant either on the show. When she was pregnant and the show would say, she is going to have a baby. They made some shows later displaying that they share the same bed. There was several shows on TV, that showed a couple in the same bed, in the 70's. The Bob Newhart Show was the first to make it a regular scene. Every show ended with them talking in bed, reflecting what has happen that day or whatever, it was part of the show. the show 30-something was the first to show two guys (playing homosexual) kissing in a bed together.

Almost everyone believes it was the Flintstones.
And The Flintstones was the first animated show to depict two people of the opposite sex (Fred and Wilma; Barney and Betty) sleeping together in one bed. (1960)
(The first live-action depiction of this in American TV history was in television's first-ever sitcom: 1947's Mary Kay and Johnny.
Mary Kay and Johnny was probably the first situation comedy broadcast on television in the United States. It debuted on the DuMont Television Network in the USA on Tuesday, November 18, 1947. The fifteen-minute-long weekly sitcom starred real-life married couple Mary Kay Stearns and Johnny Stearns. The Stearnses created and wrote all the scripts for the show. The program was broadcast live, most of the action taking place on a set representing the New York City apartment of the title characters, a young married couple.

I've read it's the Flintstones too. With real people, I think it was Lucy and Ricky on the I Love Lucy Show.
