I just graduated and am living with my bro in a cold city (i hate the cold) ... but how does a poor post-college student just up and move? I'm tired of overcrowdedness... I might be tired of the US, do I have any options? can you point me to any resources?

You do not say what you went to collage for. This will make a difference. I know a lot of engineers that got moving expense paid for when they got a job aftr graduating. Look for a job that will do this for you. Don't be afraid to nego. a deal.
