Yes I do remember this show. It was very cute and very imaginative for it's time.
From what I understand Tiffany (Vicki The Robot) finished her television career at age 17 and became a Counselor who has a practice in San Diego.

Awful show, I thought. No original ideas in any of the scripts, just rehash of old _I Dream of Jeannie_, _My Favorite Martian_, and _Leave It to Beaver_ gags. The little girl robot even spoke with a 1950s monotone robot voice.

Yes, I do remember that. They used to show reruns here in Star World several years back.
