The only one's that would be eligible for medical benefits would be the veteran's minor children and/or handicapped children.
And that would depend if the veteran is collecting 100% disability or is deceased.
There is no entitlements for medical for dvorced spouses.

Depends on alot of things, especially how long you were married.
You can contact an attorney, but I am going to bet the answer is no.
