Hopefully free from Islamist rule. We must learn the lesson of what happened in Afghanistan when nobody stuck around to help rebuild after the Soviets were driven out.
The future is not scripted. We must all stand firm against the Islamists to let them know they cannot demoralize us, that they have NO HOPE of winning. If their apologists in the US continue to insist we cut and run before Iraq can defend itself, that gives the Islamists hope of winning and therefore encourages them to fight harder.

Iraq was never deisgned to be free this is just some pipe dream GW has cooked up to be able to take over the resources in that country,When the Palestinians were chased out of their homeland that was a prophet-able happening that was expected by every Theologian since Moses walked in Egypt , Research dictates that these people are easily led by anyone who shows some kindof religious Hocus-Pocus they believe they are in a Holy War!!!The billions of dollars Bush wants to throw at this war has nothing to do with anyones freedom. He is in fact enslaving our troops and our society by being there, couldnt he take some of that money and put it on American soil?

Tell me who is truly free? And don't say the U.S. because that is not true at all. We have the Patriot Act that gives the president a way to do anything he wants basically whenever he wants. We are ot free. The implanted microships being talked about will make us even less free, you're every move will be tracked, your money will be tracked, what you spend your money on will be tracked....We are not free, no one is free.

Has anyone ever bothered to ask them if they want to be "free"?
In that part of the world tribal rule is better understood than any other form of government. In countries that have never had anything close to democracy in a few thousand years they probably can't relate anyway.

Is there a problem? It's free now, just ask Cheney, it's in the "throes" of "spectacular successes".

Not if Michael Moore and Cindy Sheehan's "freedom fighters" are successful.
Ironic, eh?
