individuality is just who you are and what sets you apart from other people. everyone is an individual, just people dont always show it. Obviously its easier to be and individual when your alone because you donnt have things seetting you back....no ones going to laugh at you when you pick your nose or sing in front of the mirror. unless you have stupid friends, you and your friends should embrace individuality

individuality can be expressed in many ways from declaring your opinion to the way you dress. it is all about what makes you stand out from everybody else. i feel its important to always show your individuality because it's who you are. of course its much easier to express it in private because it can be scary sometimes to show the "real" you. one can easily feel vulnerable and therfore more likely to act "fake" because you are only going with the crowd. im a firm believer of always being true to yourself because people will respect you for that. if they dont, then that's their problem. nobody should have to change who they are just to be liked.

Individuality is an "American" concept. We are all part of the same whole, other cultures adopt and experience that every day.
Let me ask you this...When you walk through your world (school, work, streets, life), Do you see other people? Do you see them as people? Or do you see them as other entities, like in a game? Individual-ness is not that important. It is a raw-unworkable concept. Togetherness is better. We are all a part of a whole. Think about your part of the "whole" that is healthier.

individuality is nothing anymore...if you were goth...gothic is no longer individuality, everyone including among the preppiest of our society has a piercing or writes pathetically attempted sad poetry.the last bit of individuality you will have is if you have confidence in what you truly like. Not many people are capable of doing that for they fear losing friends.like liking mtv or a "cool" car because it is what is so expensive is now destroying our individuality now a days.

A myth.

As long as you don't try to identify with others, you're expressing individuality. Once you seek outwards, you're grouping yourself and losing that individuality you had.

"Individuality" is anything that YOU believe sets you apart from everyone else. Everyone is different, so by definition, whatever you do expresses your individuality,

one thing i can be sure of about myself....and prolly the only thing....is that there is noone else exactly like me...and since my personality is thus..."tell me this is the only way to do it and ill prove you wrong"...well if i find someone exactly like me...which i doubt is possible....ill befriend him and find something i can do that he cant....most likely make it my mission in life...this might not answer ur question....individuality...is constantly in jeaopardy...and i find it easier inn public....
