Usually it's the fillers in the makeup that irritate your skin. Like anti-caking agents, and products that hold the shadow in the pan.
MAC cosmetics sells pigments in jars - it is just the pure pigment without any talc or any other compounds. You can find small samples of them on eBay. A little goes a long way - I bought a full size jar 8 years ago and still haven't made a dent in it, so buying small amounts is a better idea. You can also mix them into lip gloss to make custom glosses, and use them wet for liners. No end to their use.
Just as a reminder - just because it's "natural" doesn't mean it is good or healthy or any different from products not labeled as natural. The major component in those products is talc, which is a mineral component in 95% of cosmetics.

I believe the best way to look at a brand for sensitive skin is to look at the brands that are not only made for the makeup but mainly for the skin. The best ones that I think are AMAZING for people with sensitive are both Clinique and Philosophy. They both have also skin care resources especially for breakouts or dryness/redness of skin. Good luck!!!

Try and stay clear of the creams - powder is better because it allows your skin to breathe. I have a friend with extremely sensitive skin and she can't use the creams because a lot of them have a moisturiser which can irritate your skin.

Try Almay makeup. The whole line is made for people who have sensitive skin. It really works great, and they have pretty colors.

Any shadow that is 100% minerals; because they will not clog pores and are all natural.
