my aunt said that when a woman has a baby they have bonding time and she said that i never got that when i was born and so she said that she thinks that has to do with part of my emotions and so i didnt know if she meant that i dont show emotions that much or what, what exactly does it mean

What she means is you react differently to different emotions than other people might, because you never had the benefit of a mother that gave a crap! That's a pretty harsh thing to say about anyone. Bonding happens after birth (like the first few months). Its a special time for both mother and baby to explore their world together and create an adjustment process.

ignore the first person its a jehova witness. wow interesting yuou might wnat to get some psychogloy books on it. ive heard bonding is importatn too.
