Your Public Health Dept. (usually through the city or county) needs to know this IMMEDIATELY. With any luck, they can track down some of her partners. Early intervention is vital; it may save some lives and allow future children.
I don't know of a case that has been successfully prosecuted because of this behavior. But word-of-mouth can be helpful; you know how fast gossip spreads. Do the best you can and hope for the best. Good Luck...

Well if you can prove that she knows about the diseases and she is intentionally spreading it, you may be able to press charges. talk to the local police

Well, if it were me I would have a recording device and walk up to her and have a conversation face to face about it. If she refuses to get treatment, then turn her in. I wouldn't publically humiliate her, because it might be a possibility she could turn it around and sue you...anyways, just try the recorded convo, report it, and tell your friends to stay away.

If the disease is life threatening it is a felony to spread it knowingly.....you could also be charged if you dont report what you know.
