It could, even if a condom was used and the girl is on birth control...... the chances are exceedingly low though.
If he just dipped it in but didn't finish, she still could, cause there can be sperm in the pre-***.

Uh,yes! My daughter's doctor told us that technically she was 'still a virgin' but 8 weeks preggers. Seems her boyfriend didn't put it in, but sperm are like salmon swimming upstream...they'll do anything to get there. So I'd advise to wait til you've got a husband before you start playing house. Besides that...3 secs is not enough to give up your freedom for!

Yup you have a possibility of being pregnant every time that happens.....
it's also possible to get pregnant by kissing, looking at a penis, and thinking about either one!
If you're not old enough to know anything about pregnancy you shouldnt be having sex!!!

Yes, especially if the girl happens to be in her fertile zone, which is 8 to 16 days after the first day of her last period. Pre-ejaculate contains sperm, and they will make their way inside if they get anywhere near the vaginal area. Always use condoms.

I don't seem likely. I had a Home Ec teacher tell me once the answer would be yes. So my opinion is - if you don't want to get pregnant us condoms, the pill or don't do it at all.

Yes b/c there is something called pre-ejaculation that happens before he ever goes in for the kill. But odds are in your favor. This happened to me when I was younger and I was scared to death. No pregnancy occurred though.

It could, he could have been leaking pre-ejaculate and not have known it. Pre-ejaculate can get a girl pregnant.
