I dont think its really how HIGH u jump its just the quality of the jump, like on a toetouch u have to get your legs all the way up and down in the perfect moments if that makes any sense?

the hight of the jump isnt what matters. the important thing is how well you can rotate your hips to a sitting position. you dont try to do the splits in the air. you try to look like you are sitting in a strddle in the air.

I agree. The hieght of the jump should be the last thing to perfect. if your legs don't where they are supposed to be, the jump looks terrible.
