Every where I turn that deals with horoscopes, etc. it explains everything that I am not. I am a Scorpio and at times it describes active, neat, fun, happy, etc. I am not. I am pretty lazy from my asthma, I very sloppy(you could tell if you saw my room), I am pretty serious most of the time, and am vey grouchy(no matter how much sleep i get. It's really starting to bug me. Help me figure out why I am so different. Thanks.

You're not different. Horoscopes are just wrong! There is no way every single person that was born in a certain time period will be the same. Horoscopes fool people by being very general and using adjectives that people would like to believe describe them. If your horoscope is something like, "You will experience difficulty today, but your spirit of determination will help you succeed. Tonight: Have fun" then of course you'll want to believe it. You'll think: Oh my god! I did have a problem today! WOW! The stars totally predict my day! I had better have fun tonight!!!
...so anyway... what was I saying.... oh yeah.... horoscopes are A LOAD OF YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!

Actually, you're not that different. I am also a Scorpio and I can tell you that Scorpios do take on a lot of different roles.
Also I may depend on when you were born during the time of Scorpio. Maybe the health aspect of your chart is impaired or something.
If you are really curoius, I suggest investing in a life chart reading. Also Numerology is a really great source as well.

Astrology fans would explain this by mentioning that you may have aspects in other planets which influences your overall personality. Most horoscopes only deal what your sun sign. Your Sun may have been in Scorpio, but your moon is in another sign. You'd have to see your complete birth chart to see where all your aspects lie. Perhaps, when you find those aspects, along with their explanations, you will get an understanding of yourself through astrology.
