I need to move all my email files from my work computer to my home computer. Please tell me there is another way besides forwarding each email to my new email address?

Thanks,

Let me clarify, the email files are downloaded into a mail program, MS Outlook...and I want to move them to another computer's mail program.....
The only way I can think of to move them is to forward them somehow. Any other ideas?

just make sure that you use the same version of software.

go to tool> option in MSOutlook and see where that store file the file name should be outlook.pst just copy that file and past in you home computer at same place,
if you useing Outlook Express than every folder will have deferent file wihc extension will be .DBX.
you can export you mail to a file from File menu and Export mail to a file option.
if you need help in this just email me at fazals@msn.com and i will solve any problem you having in, just tell me which software you are using MS outlook or Outook Express

Your files for Email, ARE NOT ON YOUR COMPUTER They are on you email supplier such as Yahoo's Email computer. You have no such email files on your computer, when you access email You access like Yahoo's computer.

So you have no need to move files, you however, need to keep same email supplier.

Try searching for *.eml files on your computer(the original one).
then you can writ them all to a CD, and copy them to the same directory, they were in, to your home computer
it should work...
Hope this helps.
