If you were to think of your Sun sign as your soul -- your inner personality and potential -- and your Moon sign as your heart -- your emotional core -- then you could say that your rising sign is your physical self or the face you present to the world.
The sun (to integrate) in Aquarius (Indifferent and Unconventional)
You may appear to be aloof and you have a basic urge to be different. You are a thinker (air) and you are very persistent in what you do (fixed). You follow your own path and do what you want to do (active). You may be inventive or unconventional. However, you do not change easily (fixed). You are sure and confident about what you believe. (I know). You are concerned not so much about yourself, or your family, as you are concerned about the world, and may value your friends more than anything else.
Rising Sign is Taurus (Enduring and Possessive)
You give the first impression of someone who is calm, centered and very self-confident in an earthy and modest way. Whatever your Sun Sign, with Taurus Rising, people may lean on you when they're in a bind because you seem so dependable and logical. Those are the positive Taurean traits. If you're unlucky, you may give others the idea that you're a little stubborn and boring, more a plodder than a doer. Bulls are tenacious, though, and you'd do well to learn to use that perceived characteristic to your advantage!

I know you enjoy posting questions in the Yahoo questions forum and that you like astrology. I also know that you are an aquarius with a taurus rising sign. I know you are female judging by your avatar.

I'm Taurus with Aquarius rising.
Our marriage would be made in hell and would probably be like watching an Itchy-Scratchy episode for the rest of our lives.

Why don't you ask the one who made the stars instead of looking to the stars. You must believe in God if you think the stars are going to help you. Otherwise the stars would just be random balls of burning gas and you would be crazy to think that by reading the stars you could have any valid answers.

You want to find purpose in your life so you turn to malleable, New Age philosophies of "spirituality" instead of actually finding your own philosophy of life that you can really commit to.

You put too much into the stars.
You're a dreamer.
You're lost and have very few friends.
You should put out more and grow your hair long.
What else is there?
