Bill Richardson.
1. He has a solid record as a moderate.
2. He has experience administering and running a bureaucracy as a governor.
3. It is harder to figure out where a Governor stands as compared to a Senator. The senator's records are a matter of public record and easily located on the internet. A Governor's positions are not located so easily so their handlers have an easier time creating a public perception for their candidate. (look how Hillary's handlers have to recreate her perception, from her hair to her dress to re-branding her as a moderate despite her neo-liberal record of voting).
4. In modern history only two Senators have been elected President, JFK was the last one.
Hillary has a likability rating of 50% and a dislikable rating of 48%. But don't discount the media who are very biased towards her and are not scrutinizing her as they are the other candidates. The media has anointed her and any other legitimate candidate will have to overcome that handicap.

I really think it will come down to those two. I know that Obama is taking the positive approach on things right now, something I think is far more refreshing than the negative ads that seem to be coming out of other parties.

Obama will get it.. The more time he has to prove himself will only help him and hurt Hillary. Don't know why you think he doesn't have the resume, but right now most the country doesn't even know who this guy is.. I think that once he gets his name out, if he can get half as popular as Clinton is, he'll easily get the nod and probably the presidency..

Bill Richardson would be the most reasonable, which means he has no chance. Biden has terminal foot in mouth disease. Edwards is shopworn. Gore has become a caricature of himself. I just don't see anyone other than Hildabeast or Obamarama getting the Dem nomination.

it will be obama.
just look at how easily obama dealt with fox news.
fox news is now afraid of obama.
neither gore nor kerry could figure out what obama seems to naturally understand about those who lie about him.
there isn't a politician in the nation that will be able to deal with this man.
he will win in a record breaking landslide...

I hope it's John Edwards. That could revitalise America, however, he has so much integrity and sense of purpose that I doubt if the right wing traitorium and their media handmaidens will allow it.
