I believe most 'rapid refunds' are actually loans given out by the preparer in advance of the actual return. I'm pretty sure they all do credit checks, since it's a loan, but it can't hurt to call the places and ask them - you don't have to give your name when you call.

go to any tax preparation place such as h&r block, jackson hewitt, etc....I have never had my credit checked. As long as you are getting a refund they will give you a "loan" until they get your money, it is one of the biggest rip-offs ever. If you can wait a few more days file your taxes electronically, you still get the money fairly fast and the best thing is that you get the money, not the preparation place.

In Texas also! I'm not sure! But! The Tax people Will give you the money,If you have A job! ( They will charge you A loan shark interest-rate.....You no the company's...)The government got after them for disclosure..100 +(a.p.r. ) If you can wait...
