I don't think it was really a "cartoon." It was in a colouring book (I'm showing my age) & only about a year ago remembered it. It was a little man walking away, & the text was: "Look to yourself, take care of yourself, for no one cares for you." I must have been about four years old--fascinating how this came to mind. I don't know why it made such an impression, but it's mostly true (I've discovered). I'm pretty certain this isn't what you're looking for, but I was scrolling to stay out of controversial catagories & couldn't help but pick up on this!

I have 2. Bugs Bunny and his pals. With my brothers, laying around on a Saturday morning, we had to keep the TV (and our laughter) very low because we were not allowed to watch cartoons. It was fun hunkered down 6" in front of the TV holding our laughs in.
Later on, it was "Rocky and Bullwinkle" because it was funny, but mainly, because Daddy watched it with us. His rollicking laugh and explanations of the allusions made the show that much richer for us kids.
