one of dustin o'halloran's piano solos CDs. they are so crazy boring during the day, but very delicate/calming when you're trying to fall asleep.
or try books on tape/cd read by someone with an english accent. that's calming too, for me.

Classical music usually is the best bet. Especially Beethoven. The absence of lyrics more easily allows the music to fade to the back of your brain, like white noise. Stay away from Mozart. It will stimulate both the right and left sides of your brain, keeping you awake. Save your Mozart CD for when you are studying.

honestly, i used to listen to the titantic soundtrack to get to sleep, at least the first 7 tracks or so. its so peacefully, & i love that movie, so that makes it better
& plus its just music, like no words..so it makes it so much easier to fall asleep too

you should buy a copy of the album of MYMP,they really sang well,they are the best singer here in the philippines...they sangs like an angel,so i guess it can help u sleep well....
