My Phone Is On But The Jack Is Messed Up But I Want To Connect To The Internet Is There A Way To Do It Even If My Phone Does Not Recieve Calls

Are you using dial up Internet? I'm afraid that you cannot connect the Internet with a no dial tone line. Why don't you get a DSL connection?

IF, the phone line is active and it just a bad Jack then you can go to a Hardware Store, Radio Shack or Wal-Wort and buy a Jack. Most likely the jack is good and it the wires messed up. Mice love Phone Wires for some reason. Go outside and find your Phone Box on the side of the house, usually where the Electric Box is. Open the Box, some need a Flat Screw Driver and some use about a 7/16 Socket Wrench. You can Unplug the Phone here and Plug in Direct to see if it get a Dial Tone. If, it does then the wires are most likely bad. You can connect some wires here and run to where your computer is and connect a jack to plug in.
The other options are Cable and Wireless if you can get a wireless connection where you live. Two ways for wireless. Sprint, Verizon etc. sell a wireless card for Laptops and "May" have a card for Desktops I not sure. Also if you have a cell phone some have an adapter you can buy to connect through your cell just like Dial-up, the problem here is Air Time. But, if you have unlimited minutes after a certain time it can work. Then you need a Service Provider like Net Zero, People PC, whatever you want. Then you just Dial in through your cell, "IF" you can get an adapter, some cells have this option and many do not.

Go to radio shack. Spend 5 bucks tops and wire the phone jexk back up. All you need is a phillips head screw driver. Just wire it up the same way it was before.
