I doubt it, they won a Superbowl shortly after he let Dungy go.

Just shows what happens when you get greedy. Dungy was the best coach the Bucs ever had; he was the only one to consistently take them to the playoffs, but once the Glazers got a taste of success, they killed the goose that laid their golden eggs. Sure, they got a Super Bowl the next year, but that was the team that Dungy built. Now it looks as though the Colts will remain among the league's elite for a while, and the Bucs will go back to sucking like they did for their first two decades or so, before they had Dungy.

No because Tampa Bay won the super bowl after they got rid of Dungy

No, Gruden won the Super Bowl immediately for the Bucs. Plus, Dungy was brought into Indy to fix the defense and he's done a marginal job at best at that task.

I don't think so. The Bucs have a lot of problems that I don't think even Dungy could have fixed.

Yes he should. Jon took Tonys team won a superbowl with it and then ruined it. Only reason he won the Superbowl is because Tony built that Defense and Gruden already knew Oakland's offense really well.

Well seeing that Jon Gruden won them a superbowl the year after Tony left, I don't think so.

Jon Gruden won Super Bowl XXXVII his first year with the Bucs, so I think they're OK with the decision.
