If I display my art in hair salons libraries and restaurants should i give them out for free if I was desprate WHICH IM NOT just sayin!

YOU ask permission to display them and you put a price tag below each painting with contact info.

Be sure they are framed, and good luck!

never charge them, hope they sell!!!

MY art teacher displays our paintings for 7-10 days and puts up flyers for "showing" in bookstores, coffeehouses, library, etc. you must trust these people not to take your paintings. AND have them contact you to pay you in person

Sure, if you pay them the fifty percent commission on any sales. You must be famous or enjoy appearing naive and open to a good laugh.
