what does it mean is it yearly or monthly. which one. it is on the day we started going out right?

Honey, it's whatever you want it to be.....if you want it weekly, monthly, or yearly!!!! It can be an anniversary of first date, first kiss, first whatever!!!!! It's your relationship, your rules!!!

An anniversary is supposed to be an annual celebration of a special event or occasion. But it's meaning and usage has changed a lot over the years, so that often it is used for monthly as well... like the one month anniversary of the first date. Usually it is the celebration of your wedding date on subsequent years.

however as you get older you'll go to yearly

Anniversary is a date you celebrate for alot of occasions. You could celebrate your first kiss, your first time anything its really up to you and your partner.

An anniversary is whatever event you want to celebrate......a week, a month, a year, and so on.

It can be when you met.....first date......first kiss.....engaged.....married......etc.
