Heres a trick you can use if you know roughly where you lost it. Get a flashlight, (do this when it's dark) roll the flashlight on the floor, the light will cast a shadow from the diamond. I have used this trick many times and it sure makes finding a tiny part easy. Good luck ti you.

I lost my diamond once. I searched all day for it. When I went to take my pants off that night I turned the pockets inside out and there it was. Hope that happens to you if not any local jewelry shop can replace it.

You should have your higher end jewelry cleaned and inspected twice a year. This means checking the prongs, band, and stones for scratches or repair.

As for your missing diamond, take it back to the jeweler where it was originally purchased. They, or any other jeweler, will be able to help you.
