Our solar system is a part of the Milky Way, so you can say that the question has no correct answer since they're all inside of it.

Even if you change the question a bit - say asking which one is closest to the CENTER of the Milky Way - there still isn't a correct answer. The planets move around the Sun and at any given moment, any one of them could be closest to the center of the Milky Way - even Mercury. If Mercury is closer to the center than the Sun, and all the other planets are on the far side of the Sun, then Mercury is the winner.

Their are lots of planets in the Milky Way you know? Closest to the Milky Way but outside it is what you mean?

Depends on how you want to define "closest" Neptune is the outermost planet, so that could be one definition.
