Yellow, if you're watching it on TV, and that's where the offense must be to get a first down.
Otherwise, it's marked by white hash lines with nice green grass/turf in between.

On TV it's usually yellow...but there isn't a first down marker line in "real-life". It's just something devised by the TV networks to make the game easier to understand.

All the lines are the same color. The rules do say that the goallines, sidelines around the end zone and end lines at the back of the end zones can be contrasting colors, but there can only be ONE line, not multiple lines painted at those areas, to avoid ball spotting confusion.

The one is not even there. It is a hash mark.

If you mean the goal line, I'm not sure. I think it varies by stadium. I assume it just has to stand out from the green of the field and whatever logo they put in the endzone.
