leave your meat in the oven?

I like to pull it out just before it's done, and let it finish on the outside so that I don't cause to much of a mess on the inside with the juices.........ladies.

I made 2 pounds of beef stew meat tonight in the slow cooker and cooked it for about 5 hours on high.

it can depent on the meat weight and how you like it cooked for a roast about 1.5 -2 hours

Prime Rib...about 4-5 hours on low heat.
