Our local paper ran a story last week. About a man who started an internet campaign saying he wanted to propose to his fiancee during the Super Bowl and asked for donations to pay for the ad. He got to about 75,000.00(not a bad haul, but only a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of a Super Bowl ad)when a corporate sponsor paid for the ad, the ring, and planned to tape her response live. They said it would appear in the 4th quarter but never played. Did anyone else hear about this? And does anyone know what happened that this did not occur. Thank you.

Wow, you're right, I actually forgot about it. I don't know why he didn't do it, but I'm sure they'll talk about it on Good Morning America tomorrow. I'm gonna watch it just in case.
