I am amazed. An herbal remedy that cures AIDS, completely effective and no side effects. Hemlock, maybe? Well, hemlock has one little side effect, as Socrates knew very well.... I wonder whether Mahmoud himself has HIV...

I don't think its cure. Probably had some success with treatments and they're probably exaggerating.
