A person who become lunatic could be due to lack of love and encountered high depression thus caused to be crazy. If there's sex acting as a treatment, could it be normalise the condition?

Love and care can work miracles. Sex alone as the physical act could cause more problems for the patient and the unfortunate "prescribed" partner.
Sex doesn't cure acne, either.

Sex may not reform a lunatic to normal, but without sex will definitely make people crazy.

i don't think sex could "normalize" someone who is insane but if it were used as a treatment of some sort, for the lack of love they have (or havent) received in their life, they would have to be in love with this person, and vice versa, otherwise the treatment wont work

Since lunatic cant be on their right mind, they won't be interested in sex. So i dun think it will help. I think it just make them worst..
