They may seem real when they are in my mind to me so in ways sometimes they are but, not really...not in real life outside of my mind.

To a point, I agree with you. The Bible states that we have the power to create by what we say. That said, if we disbelieve then we short circuit it.
There are limitations to this because we do not yet have all problems worked out, there is not peace in the world with no wars and equality for all. The problem is that we are not of one mind in one accord. If we were, then yes, I believe that what we all thought would come into being. Since we are not, it won't.

I agree. When you say "I can see this world, I can hear this world," you are not really doing it. Your sensory organs are detecting lights and sounds, and make the simulation of this world in your own mind. So what you actually see and hear is not this world itself, but the virtual image your brain made within yourself. Thinking at it with this angle, I think everything is created within yourself.
