Saudi Arabia,,,,, They dont any rules or regulations that we have. I still remember a cutoff hose hanging in the toilets to clean yourself instead of Toilet Paper.

Some BBQ place. It had peanuts all over the floor and the ceiling looked burnt almost. Disgusting.
I never went back.
