It's not *that* hard to Google, you know? The second site I reach is Wikipedia, which is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C++
If you're just looking for a website that gets you to the basics on C and C++ programming, try http://cprogramming.com/ which also shows up on Google.
If you're looking to seriously get into C++, you definitely want a book though. In which case take a look at ACCU (http://accu.org/index.php/book_reviews?url=search.xqy?field=subject&term=beginner's+c%2b%2b ) and especially at the books C++ Primer by Stanley Lippman and Accelerated C++ by Koenig.
