Pretty much what it has looked like for hundreds of years - a tribal area, separated by religious sects warring with one another over territory and resources and waiting for the next horrendous dictator with the money and power from the West to take control by murdering thousands of people.
Oh, and it will have all the million dollar weaponry left behind by the troops - ya know, the tanks, munitions, cannons, mortars, bombs.... Those will be used by the fastest and smartest to commit genocide upon their fellow countrymen and women with whom they disagree...
Historically, it has always been that way....our presence there is only delaying the inevitable.....
