I think as much as its been popular to down Rex when he didn't play well, he did get us to the Super Bowl where having a new quarterback every ten games or so for the last ten years didn't. It was his first full year, and such, like his rookie year, so it should be forgivable to choke in the Super Bowl. How many times did Payton choke in the play offs? I think Lovie understands that sometimes, you just have to give good talent a chance to develop into greatness.

I'm a huge Bears fan.
Big disappointment.
NO. I don't think he'll be back as starting QB. And he doesn't deserve to be.

I think he's staying but if he does he should be really lucky. Better not disappoint the Bears fans again...

I DON'T THINK SO, THEY WILL LOOK TO DRAFT CHRIS LEAK AT QUARTERBACK AND HE WILL TAKE A YEAR TO LEARN THE SYSTEM.
