My friends Aida,Stella, and I are in a club. They keep getting mad at me because I play with a deaf kid named Hussain. I feel pressured to stop playing with him, because they are threatening to kick me out of the club. I try to ignore them, and I still play with Hussain. They have been my friends since forever and I have only been friends with Hussain for this year. They also talk behind my back because they are mad that I "don't play with them enough" which I do. What should I do?

Oh please don't stop playing with hussain, he probably needs a friend a lot more than the girls. The girls don't seem like very good friends anyways if they are talking behind your back. I myself am deaf and i know how hard it is to make friends when you are deaf. I'm very happy that you have become his friend and really hope you don't stop just because the other girls are jealous.

Aida and Stella are not friends if they judge you by the company you keep...which doesn't say much about them in the long run, does it? I bet Hussain is a great person and you will have years of friendship there...don't worry about the "club" cuz people like that only end up convincing you to make bad choices. Seems like you already have a good head on your shoulders. Keep up the good work...don't fold under their pressure.

why would you want to be friends with people that TELL you who you can and cannot be friends with? i used to be friends with girls like that too and they got on my nerves. they told me that i didn't hang out with them enough and i was with them every day. i had another friend that i barely saw and whenever i did i would talk with him for a long time. they didn't like it at all. i told them to allow me to have other friends becuz i want them to do the same. needless to say they didn't like that too much and told me i wasn't their friend anymore. childish right? your friends are immature by not letting you keep other friends. if they're willing to ruin a friendship becuz they're not willing to let you have other friends then let them. that just shows you what kinda friends they are. when they threaten you with being kicked out of the club say: i thought REAL friends were supposed to support me and allow me to have other friends- not kick me out of the club cuz i'm not only THEIR friend.
i hope you make the right decision. i wouldn't worry about them too much. they sound immature and they're not your real friends.

i mean honestly hes deaf c'mon if you wanna hang out with him then go ahead your helping the community by being kind to special needs people the world needs more people like you and less like your friends but still make them see your point

Ask yourself this question, would real friends not be your friends just cause you hung out with a deaf kid? Ask yourself that and there in lies the answer.

if they are your real friend, and they truly care about you, they will reamin your friends. but your not doing anything wrong, you're being a good friend to Hussian. so if your friends just cant see that, then i say make some new friends that can respect your actions.

what do you think you should do? Are you willing to let people tell you who be friends with? They need to get over it. They are being jealous little girls and need to grow up.
