Women who wear extremely high heels all the time and are comfortable in them probably trained their foot.

Truefully i don't know a way to wear heels that high comfortably, sorry. but a fall from that high can be very dangerous. this is a trick models use to keep from slipping on the runway and i found that it works really well. put a little soda on the bottom. wait for it to dry. you will know this when it becomes sticky. hopefully you won't break or twist an ankle. best of luck!

Uhh... 6 inches? There's no way to wear them comfortably. Just make sure you wear them on a day when you don't have to walk or stand up for too long.

I don't know if you can! but to have a fighting chance at it, wear the shoes for a little while every day, and increase the time that you wear them daily until you get as comfortable as possible in them. and when you do go out in them, be extra careful.

The only way they'll ever be comfortable is if you take them to a shoemaker and have at least a couple of inches chopped off the heels.

uh, you can't. heels that high are not meant to be comfortable. Just remember, pain is beauty!

Don't dance; sit a lot. Make sure wherever you go you don't have to walk alot, and be sure to bring a pair of back-ups just in case.

Don't wear them. They are bad for your back and feet.
I think it's okay for a woman to wear them in the bedroom for her husband, but outside of that they are just not practical.
