Trust is fragile, has to be earned though a certain degree is given freely at first, we all carry baggage into relationship....
The person who is subject to the screw up is the only one that decide what works to fix it... everyone is different.... with some people no matter one does it can never be fixed... with others all it takes is admittance and proof it won't happen again and things are fixed... It is a personal preference... Besides if we all look in the mirror we have all done things that broke someones trust at some point....

It really depends on the screw up! If he cheated and had sex with someone else I won't forgive. I don't know what he did, but only time, honesty and communication will help. Trust is a big part of a relationship and if you can't do that ever again, you may need to move on. Good Luck!

Well, if you have broken her trust you will just have to ask her to give it back, and prove it too her. I think that's all you can do. There isn't anything you can do or say to get it back . Admit you screwed up and want her to trust you again. Most importantly you need to respect her answer.

Here is a males perspective. We all make mistakes, but with your question you are referring to the mistakes a male made to either you or an acquaintance. This male if he realizes what he has done should ask for forgiveness. If he truly cares and made a bad mistake he will/should change the way he treats this individual. We all make mistakes for that is life.

I would feel better if he owned up to his mistake and made a sincere apology. Flowers and a sweet card wouldn't hurt. Some cuddle time alone on the couch never hurts either.

right it relatively is my suggestion. Be easy. tell him the form you experience. Dont use different persons to make one yet another jealous. That uduslly backfires and the different persons have thoughts too. in basic terms provide up the charade. Be open. tell him you like him. you may desire to get harm, be rejected, cry. each so often that happens in the sport of affection. in basic terms as long as you're being form and straightforward say sorry to those you harm, state your real thoughts and enable the chips fall the place they might.

TAKE HIS FRIEND ON A CRUISE AROUND THE WORLD. AND EACH DAY TELL HER THAT HE BEGS FORGIVENESS.THIS PERSON DEFINITELY HAS SOMETHING TO PROVE REGARDING FAITHFULNESS .SEEMS LIKE HE SHOULD WEAR A KIND OF BEEPING DEVICE SO SHE CAN MONITOR HIS WHEREABOUTS. HE SHOULD BE PUT IN A BALL AND CHAIN AND LET LOOSE ONLY TO SUPPORT FINANCIALLY HIS INTENTIONS OF NEVER SCREWING UP AGAIN. MAYBE A NEW CAR FOR HIS GIRL. IN JUST HER NAME

i think that you should buy her some flowers and a teddy bear. then go to her house and tell her you're really sorry you messed up. ask her to forgive you and ask if she could ever trust you again.
