Carpetrug, it could very well be true. They are human and make mistakes. 30 years ago, they lost a dividend due me. It took me many phone calls to several different offices and 4 months before a manager in Utah finally found it and sent it to me. Sad to see they are still making the same mistakes.

That simply is not true and you are sick for posting that it is. I know Ned Johnson, the owner of Fidelity Investments, and I know the company is NOT doing what you say.
