I don't know why I like it so much, but I call him "steve beemer" and he likes the "eee" sounds and will come running. His real name is not even close, it is Goober. But I call him Goops, Goo-bar, Goopars, Goo, Goostafa, Gooperos, etc....

I don't know that it's adorable, but I have a red heeler named Bandit and we call him Bandito the fat Cheeto. He resembles a cheeto (a fat one of course lol).

Bea our affenpincher / sneaky-mutt-next-door mix perks up and comes running when ever someone says mucus. I really don't know why, it doesn't even sound like her name. (or anything a dog would want to eat!)

My daughter named our new Dalmation- Doty Body that was her real name on her papers too......
Everyone loved her name, how appropriate, she had dots on her body, I think it was really cute.....BTW my daughter was only 8 that was 10 years ago.....
