I would laugh and say "You are too, honey!" give him a hug or a pat and go on about my way. I would not take offense and would mean no offense, and hopefully he would be taken aback enough to not repeat that little stunt!

I'd just laugh and tell him that he'd probably change his mind when he's 13 or so and the hormones make every female gorgeous no matter what they look like.
