How can we divide the page on microsoft word in some equall parts??

Question

this is a cove page that has to be very accurate about the size cuz its an compouter assignmnt
would u explaine it to me plz??? step by step

You can draw lines from the Drawing toolbar, hold the Shift button while you draw them and they will stay straight.
Draw one from the top of your page to the bottom and then right-click on it and choose Format Autoshape.
From the Layout tab set the Horizontal alignment to center. This line will now divide your page exactly in half.

If you need to divide the page cross-ways, do the same as above but you will need to go a step further when fixing the alignment. On the Layout tab choose Advanced and under Vertical click the dot in front of Alignment. The drop-down box with 'Top' in it will now be active and you can change it to Centered.

If you follow both these steps your page will be divided into four equal parts.
