hotmath.com isnt good cuz you need a password and you also have to pay to use it and it only helps you on the odd problems in your textbook

Remembering formulae is not as important as understanding the underlying concepts. For success in algebra I would recommend doing as many problems as you can, until you fully understand them, and/or get help from someone that understands the problems, not just memorizes them.

If your school has a math club, you can probably join for tutoring there. Or you can ask another math teacher or more advanced student to help you out.
There also some sites, such as webmath . com, where you can get help, and other great tutoring sites.
Good luck!

go to hotmath.com and look to see if they have the text book that you use. it tells you how to do each problem step by step and even lets you check your answer. i believe they have the foundations for algebra books . . .
anyway, that site was really helpful for some of my friends that had trouble with algebra too.

You need to get a Tutor.
Check your school, your advisor, etc, and try to find a tutor. Many schools provide tutoring services for free
