Oh Prince. Rock on! How many enjoyed it and how many didn't? (Prince fans or not)

You have to remember, a Super Bowl halftime is often a condensed performance. The artists have to often condense the songs to get them to fit into a short timeframe.
That being said, Prince probably delivered the second best performance behind U2. It was solid. He went back to his best stuff (Purple Rain). The idea of the Marching Band was awesome. If it wasn't for a monsoon in Miami, this might have been a legendary performance.

Superbowl Halftime shows haven't been the same since they won't let MTV do it anymore! Prince is great, but I really didn't want to see him this time nor Paul McCartney last time!
I know personally they could do a much better job in those shows.... I can't stand the halftime anymore!

I thought it was hands-down the best halftime show I've ever seen. Did you see the lightning bolt effects before and after his performance? A fantastic mix of music. The FAMU Rattlesnakes band. The light show. And an incredibly talented musician being a complete stud in the pouring rain!
