I have flat abs and I do these things several times a week.

I do a lot of cardio which you sometimes even do when you dont know it, its pretty much anything that keeps your heart pumping quickly.

I also do many ab excercises. here are a few of them.

Bicycle crunches and normal crunches work. I also do another type that I'm not sure the name of, but you lay on your back and lift your legs straight up to the ceiling and dont bend them. then reach and touch your toes. then go back down then touch your toes again.

another one that I find that works the absolute best involves a partner.

You lay on the floor with your legs straight towards the ceiling, not bent. and have another person standing over you with one of their feet on either side of your head. Hold their ankles with your hands. the other person is going to take your legs and push them to the middle, to the left and to the right. Your job is to keep your legs striaght, NEVER let them touch the floor, and keep bringing them back up for your partner to push. alternate sides. (go to the left, middle, right, left, middle, right etc.)

the persons who reported cardio exercising of their solutions are thoroughly the superb option. you may desire to do cardio exercises (working, brisk walking, swimming, aerobics, bounce roping, and so on.) a minimum of three-4 cases each week to start burning fat and preserving it off. My very own coach recommends no longer specializing in quantity of ab exercises yet high quality. you're able to do fewer crunches in case you keep your abs shriveled longer. Plank exercises (area and popular) are stable for middle potential and the ball bridge tones your abs and glutes! you may maintain your abs shriveled for the duration of all the exercises for optimal outcomes. I lined some links to a pair exercises that I do. I observed outcomes rapid! stable success. Oh, and make certain you're ingesting sufficient lean protein so as which you would be able to benefit muscle!

Burn your calories - try some cardio. Crunches and ab exercises alone do not work! You can walk, run, bike, or anything else. Combine the two with a healthy diet and you're set.

Try about 30 minutes of cardio, then do some crunches and sit-ups.
