I always thought he was a dog, but a friend of mine thinks he's a mouse. Just wondered what others might be thinking.......??????

My friend said I should look at the old Disney cartoons...from when it started. In those, Goofy looks more like a mouse I guess. I haven't checked yet.

- Your friend is wrong and because he/she is denying it that's their excuse. Goofy is still a dog in the old ones.

Goofy is a big talking dog. He cannot be a mouse because he is twice the size of Mickey and has long droopy ears and no mouse tail.

think about it:
2 mice = mickey and minnie
2 ducks = donald and daisy
2 dogs = pluto and goofy (which I have always thought is a little weird because goofy is like a person, yet pluto is still a pet.. hmmmm)
(this count is for the classic, main characters... not including huey, louey and dewy.. or the chipmunks or anything)

He's a dog. It has been mentioned before that Goofy and Pluto are dogs,and people often wonder why Goofy can talk,but Pluto can't.
