Lots of math is good practice in working with equations & numbers.
Logic 1, 2 & 3 will train your mind to think like a PC.

Cut to the chase & take a 1 - 2 yr career course as soon as you're out of high school.
This will give you the certifaction you need to get an entry level job.& learn the basics.

The rest is more about intellectual talent than diplomas.... but you do need these basics.

You want to make sure that you understand basic computer concepts in general. Read some books on computer concepts.

Also, you want to learn what programming languages are out there and which is the best one to start with. Maybe JAVA.

Make an appointment to speak with someone in the computer programming department at some colleges and universities, and they might be able to give you some good advice on how to get started.

i think of the place to start relies upon regardless of in case you prefer to tinker and in basic terms play around, or regardless of in case you're extra attracted to a incredible paying long term occupation with possibilities. For the *first determination* identity propose (as you point out HTML so which you're in all probability questioning in terms of cyber web progression) - you may desire to discover a scripting language like Hypertext Preprocessor exciting to get something working on a cyber web web site rapidly. *the 2nd determination* in my opinion i might forget cyber web technologies to start with and initiate from fundamentals. learn a mainstream programming language which contain Java (or maybe start with between the unfastened extra issue-unfastened studying languages attainable regardless of if it relatively is puzzling to hold close at first) and if conceivable learn workstation technology extra often than no longer. Programmers who be attentive to little of workstation technology, do no longer progression nicely in the industry you may then "specialize" in cyber web technologies and or different components once you have a stable sturdy base. BTW: there is not any longer something to assert that fooling around with Hypertext Preprocessor and cyber web stuff cant or wont lead right into a efficient occupation, in basic terms that it would not be my suggestion to start there if this is the purpose.

most universities will have some sort of course for computer programming. Also technical colleges are really good to get into if there are any where you are located. they work with more hands on rather then just lectures.
